PEERSHOTS GUIDES
Creator subscriptions, tips and post unlocks explained
Understand following, recurring creator subscriptions, individual post unlocks and optional tips on PeerShots before making a purchase.
Four ways to interact with a creator
Following, subscribing, unlocking a post and tipping serve different purposes. Start with a creator’s free posts, then read the offer and checkout details for any paid action.
| Action | What it means | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Follow | Keep up with a creator’s free work. | Following does not by itself purchase paid access. |
| Subscribe | Buy the creator subscription described in the offer. | Price, billing period, renewal, included access and cancellation. |
| Unlock a post | Pay for an individual post. | Which post is included and its price. Do not assume other paid posts are included. |
| Send a tip | Offer optional support to a creator. | Amount and payment confirmation. A tip is not a substitute for a subscription or post unlock. |
Read the offer before confirming
Creators can publish different types of content on one profile. A subscription may cover subscriber content while individually paid posts require their own unlocks. Review the creator’s description and the checkout shown for your account. Do not rely on a social caption alone to determine the price or included access.
Understand renewal and cancellation
Recurring subscriptions renew until cancelled under the terms shown at purchase. Before subscribing, note the billing period and how to manage the subscription. Use the account or payment-provider management route identified in your purchase confirmation. If you cannot find it, contact support with the purchase reference, without sharing full card details.
Buying and creating are separate
You can explore free posts without becoming a paying subscriber. If you publish content, creator earnings and payouts have their own eligibility, fees and setup requirements. The platform fee is 5% of net revenue, with payment processing and applicable store fees separate. Check the current terms for the conditions that apply.
Keep your account and community safe
Use the app’s reporting and blocking tools when needed. Do not send passwords or verification codes to creators or to someone promising support. PeerShots is for adults aged 18 and over.
